Donald F. Clark, CPA Rosemary P. Clark, CPA, MST
Don graduated from Quinnipiac College (now University) in 1989. Don has been a partner in two local firms, in the Hamden and New Haven areas during his career. After working together with his wife for many years, it was decided that they would work together in their own firm.
Don provides accounting, tax preparation and consulting services to both closely held businesses and individuals. The client base for which he is responsible covers a wide range of industries including but not limited to medical, professional, retail and wholesale. During his career, he has been able to create many strategic alliances which have proven to be valuable resources for his clients.
Don is a member of the American Institue of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. (CSCPA)
Don has volunteered his time in the past as the Vice President of the Connecticut Chapter of the Leukemia Society, and currently with the Connecticut Special Olympics, Coach for Max Sinoway Baseball, Hamden Regional Youth Basketball and North Haven Recreation Soccer, Member of North Haven Zoning Board of Appeals, Member of Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce.
Rosemary Clark has been employed in the field of public accounting since 1989, after graduating from Bentley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. She began her career with KPMG Peat Marwick where she spent five years in their audit and tax departments in both the Hartford and New Haven, Connecticut offices. Rosemary received her Master of Science in Taxation from University of New Haven in 1995. In 1996 she was promoted to Manager with the firm of Meyers & Harrison, LLC. After fourteen years of service and opportunities with the firm, Rosemary decided that she and her husband would work together in their own firm.
Rosemary is responsible for servicing a diverse client base. She provides tax and consulting services to several personal service businesses, including attorneys and doctors, as well as servicing manufacturing, retail, real estate and restaurant clients. Rosemary is also responsible for computerizing client's records, and providing one-on-one training for various software packages.
Rosemary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA).
Rosemary volunteers her time in the North Haven School system and has assistant coached in the Hamden Regional Youth Basketball League. She is a member of the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce and a local Women Business Networking Group.
Rosemary completed in June '07 a half-marathon for the Team in Training of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. The event was held in Fairfield, CT. With the help of her sponsors, Rosemary helped to raise more than $1,200 for the cause.
